    There is one other option, and a few CTP shareholders need to put their hand up quickly to do this...

    Put forward a resolution that neither the JH/CP or RC/Askin option is viable and that the shareholders propose to put in an interim board with a mandate to recruit and find a board and CEO who will run the company for all shareholders and not their own self interests.

    The current COO can be re-instated as interim CEO and leave him to continue to do what needs to be done from an operational perspective.

    There is a much greater talent pool then the current options and IMO will give all CTP shareholders the best outcome.

    All the shareholders on this forum complain about the options, well this is an opportunity to step up to the plate. I'm prepared to if other would support it.
