It may not be insider information, but if there's no announcement about it, and CEO didn't tell anyone, but I know about it, and i managed to tell you and everyone, even if it is not insider information, ASIC may tail me, and it is not a fun thing to have.
You can call anyone silly, including me; I would rather be safe than avoiding being called an idiot in a forum.
