In the meantime an unhelpful price drop today in respect of the takeover. The plus side of being tightly held is that when the time comes a stock can climb hard and long but the downside is that a small volume can cause big fluctuations on the down side. 18.5 cents is a good buy to me but it's flattened out the value of the takeover offer. Stock needs to get back to mid 20s or UCL will be forced to increase their offer.
