It's exctly what it is. Will be a hit movie one day. Love all this conversation about who's takeover offer is better. I reckon right now the best offer is to sell out of both these dud-managed run companies and jump onto something else. Netiher is going to go anywhere with all this bickering and you'd have to think that a Sandpiper JV is untenable at this stage.
