    1. if ote is a leaky ship, then the sells at .4 are consistent with bad news.
    2. if the FRAC failed then why is it taking so long for bad news. Surely the wait >8 day wait suggests that there is some flow to be worked out?


    Come on Barnaby the suspense is killing me.
