who knows what happened with the russians. maybe they didn't have the dollars in the end.
with all the stuff going in europe, some countries are looking to impose capital controls to prevent money from leaving their shores.
anyway, i'm pretty certain they'll get more funding. i'd say NG already had a backup plan which is probably why he's given himself until tuesday to sort out the details.
