Bugger! I was saying for some time I thought the share price would come back to $2.50 and today it has.
Oh well.
Phillip_k, the response I got from the ASX was typical and about what I expected...
"In relation to the allegation that the use of the term “independent” in the context of the Company’s recent announcement is false and misleading, this is a matter which falls within the jurisdiction of ASIC and accordingly you may wish to raise your concerns with ASIC."
ASIC and the ASX would make EXCELLENT AFL players. They have superb hand balling skills ( I think that has more than one meaning )
