    Japes,

I'm a former OZ holder still in LG. To be honest with you, I don't really care about the share price of SBL and I'd imagine most LG holders wouldn't. If the average trade value of SBL trends lower, then LG might be able to pick up the remaining shares at better than 1:34 if/when a mandatory takeover occurs. Meaning, they might not be required to pay the old offer, they might just have to pay a 6 month average. This has been discussed on here before. From my perspective and LG's perspective (most likely), the lower the share price stays the better...

Having said that, the SBL share price will remain undervalued until they post profitable reports. SBL still haven't proven to the market that they are worth investing in, they haven't turned a profit or paid any dividends. LG probably doesn't care about an increase in the SBL share price either because it will be years before they would be paid a dividend on any SBL profits anyway... Any SBL profits for at least a couple years will be used to stabilize and expand. I'm sure LG wants to finalize the takeover before they get that far anyway.

I know it's a bit rude to say all that on the SBL thread and I apologize in advance but you asked for an OZ LG holders opinion. You should note that I was initially strongly against the takeover because I know SBL is worth more with the amount of gold they are yet to mine up. However, I changed gears when I realized that the old management was incompetent and hellbent on flogging SBL to LG. If ya can't beat em, join em, sometimes is the best way to go.

Currently LG is attempting to takeover CGT and RAU as well... both with an all script offer. Weiss is involved in the CGT deal right now and using the same tactics they used on the SBL/LG deal. It's not pretty, but it's legal and I suppose that's what investment capital companies do... I'm expecting a jump in LG if they get those two companies. You might see a profit out of your SBL shares yet if LG gives you script and LG adds SBL, CGT and RAU to their current assets. If that sparked your interest, you could always email LG and ask them what your options are for swapping your shares for LG. Not sure how that would work though... or if it's even a possibility.

Can't seem to find an LG thread anywhere so I keep coming back to SBL, CGT and RAU to keep in the loop on any LG discussions.
