I would accept and keep on trucking.
If a T/O came up i would have liked more of a 18CPS take over price but that is not so much for me, but i would gain more -clearly. but if the offer came in near 18CPS anybody who has not avg-down could still get there capital back and put food on the table.CAREING IS SHARING....
