Re this extra step in the CHTD process, I did not forget to mention it because it is a given that the coal requires a moisture content of around 10% before export. As the diagram shows on the coal drying tech presentation I posted earlier.

The CHTD process removes most of the water and transforms the coal to become hydrophobic which makes the secondary briquetting and final de-watering very cost effective.

The $55/t figure would include all the steps required for an export product. This is not a new added step it is clearly explained on every Exergen presentation I have seen as well as in Mantle’s announcements. Perhaps you should DYOR on your investment.

As for the sulphur that has been covered countless times before, but for those that missed it… Yes the sulphur content does impact the sale price of the coal as do other more important coal specs, like energy content and ash. However you need to consider the following facts.

The Exergen CHTD process has the proven ability to remove sulphur from the final product by 10%-40% depending on the process. (which Coldry cannot do).

The area which will be mined first, has the thinnest and softest overburden and the least sulphur, with around 1 bt containing coal with 2% S after drying and potentially 1.2%-1.8% if Exergen CHTD is applied, which is pretty close to the 1% mark. This news massively increased the viability of the project.

Most modern power stations are equipped to remove sulphur from their emissions. A discount will apply to the coal of perhaps 10% which will make the coal more attractive to buyers. The profit margin on such a proposition would still be well above the 5%-10% royalty Coldry will be able to squeeze out of coal and power station providers, which they are totally dependant on for a coal supply and waste heat.

M20 - you may have noticed that the Q's that I have asked of D234, A and you also remain unanswered re ESI. You seem to feel the need to educate us on a tech and company we have researched and invested in - yet the other you openly support you seem reluctant to answer straight forward Q's on! Bit perplexing really!!!

Anyway, stick with MNM M20, you have made the right decision to invest here - you are on a winner!!!
