    I am thinking of buying fms but am concerned about the risk. can anyone advise if fms could run out of money and still be stuck in this agreement and face liquidation? can they raise money while stuck in this agreement.

    Not trying to upset anyone already holding but just been burnt a few times before e.g AFG - went bankrupt 3 days after I bought.
