Well, spain gets a 120 bln usd loan,,,,,,,,,markets popping,,,,, but heres the problem, its not QE, its a loan to a soverign, who has insane unemployment, negative growth, ,,,,,,rally good for a day or so maybe imo,,,,loan does nothing but allow the banks to buy the first borrowers debt,,,iie the government lends the money from ecb, then lends it to its banks that then invest in the goverments debt offerings, absurd
