There have been so many guesses a to when the TOL will be decided, all of which have missed the mark.
My GFI (Gut Feeling Indicator) is leaning towards a decision a day or so after the PSC debate on the 19th. That would enable the minister to reassure everyone that ALL sources of info have been taken into account.
So - next Tuesday, or more likely, Wednesday, would be my guess - the 19th or 20th.
