Fish, they have stated that they want to raise $9m which isn't just for the purchase. They only need to pay an additional $4.2m, I assume the rest is enough to drill one hold on the new lease. They are also hoping for a farm out deal with a mjor and the announcement today makes that case more likely. If they get a farmout then they may not need anthing else in the short term. The price could go a lot higher before a CR if they can announce a partner. Conversely it could fall if they don't deliver a partner and the Greeks vote to exit
