I don't pretend to be an expert on the consultancy scales and fees charged by the various experts involved in South African platinum mining projects including the optimisation of the original NKP BFS that took years in the making but find it difficult to believe that the cost would be as substantial as $6,837,734.
If you do your maths I guesstimate the cost of optimising the original BFS at around $2,000,000 over the past 18 months.
If DFA placed a 100% margin on bringing the study together and the various consultants charged their time out at, say, $500 per hour I would seriously question whether 6,837 man hours was put into the project.
The euphoria in believing that DRA has placed a 30 cent floor under the share price is flawed and should be treated with extreme caution in my opinion.
