I tried for a while to get a simple point through to him, but ended up giving up and putting him on ignore for a few weeks.

Unfortunately curiosity got the best of me and I took him off to see what mischief he'd gotten himself into. Maybe I should just go back to ignoring him.

He still hasn't read the announcement that sets out the option package. There's no anticipating required. We know what the option package is based on the company presentation! Frustrating sometimes talking to people on this forum.
