    Sorry to say I don't believe hanlong can come up with the money for takeover, almost impossible to get 5b for project capital.
    Mining borrowing cost is around 18% per year here in china with 300% collateral.
    Hanlong can't repay it even if it manages to borrow. They need something like 6b usd for 10 years...
