At $0.345 I think the institutional investors are giving a big hint that the Hanlong T/O is not going to happen.
And the fact that Hanlong did not participate or stump up the $40m? Why would they want to pay $.57c in 6 months time for shares they could have bought today at $0.345?
They either don't have the money today or don't think that it is going to go ahead. If they can't get $40m today how are they going to get $1.7b in 6 months and $5b soon after?
I think this T/O is dead.
