Two of my friends are directors of SEMRO .
SEMRO received 6m shares, 5m for TI and 1m for the block next door, (E15/1224).
They will be in line to purchase another 15m shares as options.
Time frame of 2 years for 5m @10c, 3 years for 5m @15c and 4 years for 5m @20c.
Time frame starts when FML takes up block E15/1224, one year after it is granted.
I believe that time is around June or July this year.

Getting hold of E15/1224, the block next door, was a master stroke for Focus at the time of negotiations for TI. SEMRO had already put a name to the mag anomally found on 1224 and the so called "MAGIC PUDDING", IMHO, will be the major focal point for many years to come.
