i doubt there will be much action for a while. it will take about a year to pay off debt, and there is not much that they can sell now that is above 95% face value.

this is the response i got yesterday from MXQ re; the announcement - it does indicate much is happening.

"The Trust Company is mindful of the need to keep the market informed of the status of our activities in relation to trying to reach agreement with noteholders and prejudicing these efforts.

We can assure you that Aquasia has been using the previous few months to ensure that it is well positioned to try and deliver the best result possible for unitholders from this process."
