S.D., Yes the stimulus was formally annnounced overningt in the US and was the same as had been 'unofficially' leaked thus the US markets did not respond any further. They had already risen on 'speculation' and got exactly what they expected. The Dow had gone upover five hundred points in the previous five days which is what could be regarded as a positive respone.
