I think this will go down to legal argument.

I don't think mmk is responsible for the actions of a small shareholder, how could they be. It would be different if FMS proved the small shareholder was not at arms length. That is what the argument is about.

We wil never know about good faith. Viktoy has a track record of not having any. If you want it posted on here I still have the google article about Viktoy at the time this started.

It would be hard to imagine Viktoy not giving out the information about the cheque is in the mail just prior this this being stopped by little Helen Someone must have taken advantage of the situation. Given the corruption in our system I can't see anyone here getting caught.
