My point is, don't confuse the difference between an investment and a gamble. It is not a prudent [dictionary.reference.com] practice to average down in speculative stocks in a bear market. I ask myself the question, HOR or VRX?. If you care to take the time I refer you to my few posts on VRX. As I have stated before a close below 18c. on HOR could see the price fall to 13.5c.
