It's a good point that you raise. What also needs to be considered is the Chillee bought 15million bucks worth at 46 cents shortly before the share price decline.
I don't think you can factor in their decision to withdraw as a basis to buy, hold or sell.
Would not be surprised to see them actively involved in the upcoming raising. This is a good chance for them to average down at what could be good value.
