It should also be pointed out that if all the votes were allowed (see result of previous GM) then there may have been a different result on certain resolutions.
My whinge is actually with management (and the board) not keeping us informed of what's happening with the current deal they are negotiating/ have been negotiating for more than 6 months. Unfortunately, at this point in time there is little a poor shareholder can do until they announce the EGM (or the death of the deal).
