Thanks Nectar thumbs up to you. Some research to get my teeth into. I know I could be a buyer at higher prices if Vale come through with the cash but the downside risk or in this "risk off" environment the risk the payment is 0 is too great for me to invest at this mkt cap. IMHO DYOR.
