I would agree wholeheartedly if it was a takeover scenario but with a merger you will still get the benefit of the upside with improved management and less stress on the balance sheet which could well mean the upside would be realised much sooner. I am not saying I would definitely agree but I would certainly have a good look at a merger proposal if it were to eventuate
