From this incident, what we learn from this takeover?
Russians are winnner and Aussies are loser, why?
If FMS is really cheated by MMK with that Elena(Invisible Woman), this means Australia has the worst corporate/business/takeover law or regulation by Australia government. So if this is the case, in the future, where every single company in the foreign country will use to escape or walk away from any takeover...if they feel, "Oh Shit, this takeover will not work out, better walk away" this is the excuse they will be using to walk away from Australia company.
