‘Fat-cats’ have been obviously pushing down the share price to put through the most recent placement
Disappointing = yes
Smart strategic move = yes
If anything, a base has now been forced at current level, and for believers of this story, this is a prime buy level, IMO.
s/term should see this back towards 39.5cps-42cps, imo.
