Seems a bit premature to say big investors are starting to offload. Today's volume is less than two million shares and less than $50K in value. Some of us on here hold more than the whole of today's trading volume yet wouldn't be called 'big' investors.
I'm sure management are doing everything they can to get the DFS out and when it comes out, I am equally sure it will have been worth the wait.
