Mihal, Conti has a different strategy of reducing the number os shares. It's called consolidation. They will never do anything which will make SP jump.

Even today I can see lots of coal comies shares are in green like AFR , GNM, GUF etc, but Conti doesn't want to go up. The fact is management has never cared for shareholders. They have been fooling investors and raising capital form perople/funds who get fooled.

For such a fantastic growth company , how come they never find cornerstone investor inspite of millions of road shows.
Euro zone problem is one of the factors depressing SP, but I am sure management is the biggest factor. I can bet every other share on this planet will recover fast but Conti will be lagging far behind. The ansmwer is again greedy management who cares about their fat salaries and not the company. If Conti is not there tomorrow , I am sure they can float another company and fool new investors. That is the only thing they are good at.
