Thanks Relaxan, for the context on NTA write down risks. It's good to hear that the recent acquisitions have not been laden with intangibles. If conditions remain good and forecast earnings flow, then the pressure is off them to write down ( however it is often a favourite activity for incoming CEO to clear the decks).
Overall I agree with your conservative analysis around p/e and sp.
