thiess waste management

Dont get me wrong, I think the Thiess Waste Management acquisition makes sense in theory BUT I would have thought that given acquisitions of this type is what got us in the hole originally the board may be a little more conservative and concentrate on paying down the new debt facility? Who really knows though, maybe our cornerstone private equity partner who saved our behinds is demanding this???

Does anyone have any comments or thoughts?

Just hope we don't end up paying too much for it, provided the DD stacks up.
