Mr Cohen has accepted the democratic vote that was narrowly not in his favour: "Yeah, that's democracy", he said after the vote. Well, even though the vote was for the KITD proposal, Mr Cohen could always raise the bid over and above that of KITD, do his own takeover, and fold the projects he wants into it.
