Good find bigstock. This bit is somewhat of a concern:
"If the revived talks take a concrete shape, the official said, NMDC might get a chance to enter into Rio Tinto’s home turf in Australia and contribute to meeting the growing need of the raw material in India. "
The official from the Steel Ministry is presumably not aware that NMDC are already busily procrastinating their way to this goal via another avenue.
Still, I won't believe it until it's reported outside of the ever-reliable Indian media.
