Robb Stewart suggests a "shareholder" of FMS ??

The announcement on Fri did not suggest she was a shareholder

and

Allan Bulman did not suggest a panel would be formed soon
He did say "a sitting panel has not been appointed at this stage and no decision has been made whether to conduct proceedings"

Unless there has been a subsequent announcement I have not seen or Robb spoke subsequently to Allan.

PS I have sent my email to Allan urging him to commit to a panel appointment
