Taurus has taken a board seat to protect its interest in AMX.
It looks like nobody was going to value AMX at $3 a share.
They need to convert resources into reserves to give the potential buyers more confidence. Grade is a bit ordinary and the sulphides do not help.
Fortunately they are well cashed up to fund a lot of exploration.
If they run out of cash before they have at least 1.5 million in reserves then the share price could look ugly when they next seek funds in the current type of market.
