    On the point you made about bank’s funding issues -
    I would like to reiterate that the funding issue that you suggest the banks have is likely to get very ugly when we the cashed up Bears decide to pull our money out of cash deposits and put it into other investment, be it the Stock Market, Bonds or whatever!
    With the Fractional Banking System this cash drain WILL be multiplied 5X and if I am to spell it out, this means that the banks WILL have to call in loans.

    And yes, I too am surprised (stunned to the point of disbelief) at the level of ignorance, portrayed with arrogance in the face of impending armageddon by some on this forum.

    The bottom line: The smart money has long left the building game. When the smart money pulls their money from the banks we will see who infact is swimming naked.
