* US$20m placement completed by the Company to part fund the acquisition of the minority interests in Mashala Resources

This has been going on for nearly as long as van-mag.

A couple of questions for anyone.

1:Why would this amount of money only "part fund" what is left to aquire 100% of mashala.

2:Given that it was mashalas wholly owned south african subsidury weldon investments pty ltd that were granted the botswanna licences would it be fair to say that as we dont own 100% of mashala that we dont own 100% of these licences either.

So being invested/trading in ccc asx when in south africa it is ccl south africa and when in botswana it will be weldon investments pty ltd.

Why dont you get your shit together management
