Thankyou UT, I am so glad some one got it. I have very few secrets and are happy to share my success and failures. I just thought this is a real experience/case from a HC member, not a story from the mags and newspapers or websites, nor from my Aunties sister who has a partner and his daughters stepson experienced this.
I am not going to go and look up every piece of finance for the 2 years, but I am happy to answer any negative or positive question in regards to this honestly and keep you updated if it falls over.
I was sure Darwin would sell much much quicker than Brisbane, but barely a nible in Darwin-both listed at the same time-within a day or two.
