The discount to NAV, the available cash after the New York sales and the potential for a capital return and distributions are all very positive.
Simon Owen seems to know what he is doing and retirement living definitely has demographics on its side.
The issue I have trouble getting a grasp on is what is a realistic ongoing earnings figure for INA?
To support a unit price of say $0.35 would require earnings of say 4c a unit which with 400million shares on issue would need earnings of about $16m - is this achievable ? What is a realistic earning per unit ?
