    Isn't 28 days notice? required for EGMs.

    Probably wont get one in July then?

    Doesn't really matter as theres plenty of time to bring Itochu into the fold IF needed (If AGS gets the 75% back only), imo no rush!

    Interesting to see the deal though, sooner the better.
