Without having to make further sense of this crazy id otic move.. does someone have a easy explanation as to why the company did a consolidation.

Liquidity has basically dried up now.

What are the general advantages for a move like this.??? Surely there has to be some for PGA to implement such a change??? Surely!!!!

Normally a split is what works wells, from past experience I have witnessed, consolidation seem to have negative effects.
