ALEATOR ENERGY LIMITED (AWD) - (FORMERLY GOLDEN STATE RESOURCES LIMITED - GDN)
CHANGE OF NAME & ASX CODE
At a recent general shareholder meeting held on the 14 June 2012 the shareholders of Golden State Resources Limited passed a resolution to change the name of the company to Aleator Energy Limited. This change has been processed by the ASIC.
Please be advised that the effective date for the Company’s change of name on the ASX and its ASX code will be Thursday 21st June 2012.
The new ASX code will be AWD.
