I don't understand the big sp drop, It was good announcement we have conditional finance approval.
Yes we have to raise $200m and yes that will dilute our share holding % but the company will have $200m in the bank so value will not be diluted.

Note to those who have been posting about not staying in trading holt, just look at Echo Entertainment, Ten Network, etc... none of these companies stayed in trading holt, the holt stayed in place for few days to allow everyone to digest info then came out of trading holt.

We all new the capital raising was coming, only disappointing point is 20% discount to vwap I think with our prospects going forward should be able to ask a premium to vwap, but maybe not in this current market.
