    Thanks Walleee... but I think the announcement is such that Itochu will acheive 14.9% shareholding in AGS post the issue. Therefore I used the maths as (350 mil / (1-0.149)) - 350 mil equals 61 mil thereabouts.

    All fairly semantic ...
