First condition of providing an independent backup water supply for suppressing dust release is while really important is a child's play for any engineer worth his/her salt.
Second condition is similar for a specialist in radiation systems.
I expect the AELB to approve only in August. Bad form to approve as soon as the submission is made. Make it look like considerable due diligence is made about the submissions after a lot of argy bargy. Hence the shorters playing on merrily I suppose.
Would be good if the TOL is issued ASAP.
