The key was to hit the deeply weathered carbonite and Ngualla will only get bigger

• Eight drill holes have been completed for 897m of the estimated 30,000m program
planned for 2012

• Drilling has intersected the predicted, deeply weathered carbonatite

• The first batch of samples from the 2012 drilling program has been despatched by the
preparatory laboratory in Tanzania to the analytical laboratory in Perth, WA

• First analytical results from the 2012 program are expected before the end of July

• A second reverse circulation (RC) drill rig has commenced drilling on site at Ngualla,
which will result in increased productivity and a diamond rig is scheduled to arrive in August
