    IMHO, there will be no formal offer from LNG but a withdrawal from negotiations. For WCL, it will be business as usual. We are seeing a sp retreat to normal trading levels and price range. Unless, we get a another bid from a another party or new upgrades in reserve we just have to live with current price range.
