Yes eps of around 1.2c to 1.5c is my view before a revaluation adjustment if any.
i think they will pay 1c as well. then as they move from rental to DMF the profit will climb rapidly. I think they will DRP to cover the capital needs if any and switch it on and off depending upon needs - I reckon they can use all cash they can get hold of with opportunities like this never to be repeated IMO.
as the population ages the demand will put pressure on supply it will be a demand driving market IMO in 10 years time.
